Accumulation roller conveyor

Accumulation roller conveyors are used for moving and accumulating goods on a horizontal conveyor section. It enables the conveyed goods to be lined up in a row without any accumulation pressure, even in buffer zones and areas where there is a risk of accumulation.

Light sensors are placed in between the rollers for the purpose of controlling each individual segment. If segments are occupied by material to be conveyed, the subsequent segments are deactivated to prevent collision. Since only those segments that are currently needed are activated, the result is an extremely energy-efficient system that also works perfectly in combination with curved roller conveyors.

For maximum stability, the base frame and the transverse distances of our accumulation roller conveyors are made of extruded aluminium with a wall thickness of 4 mm and are screwed together. The side guides can be integrated into the profile or set up as an additional guide above the scaffolding.

Due to the vertically adjustable supports/suspensions, our accumulation roller conveyor can be optimally adapted to the structural conditions or the adjacent conveyor.
